Pensees has designed a system that accounts for all visitors to any building for contact tracing. Visitors can pre-register their personal details online and register once again on-site for double verification and health declaration.
Visitors can book their appointments and will receive a reminder for their appointment, which can be cancelled or deleted when necessary. If there are multiple bookings by visitors, working staff will receive alerts to verify the multiple bookings.
Adjustments to the frequency and duration of visits can be made according to changes in the restrictions of the pandemic.
Should there be a need, visitor management by Pensees is also equipped with whitelisting and blacklisting options for trusted visitors and rulebreakers respectively.
