Since 2020, HR Asia has carried out thousands of surveys with the participation of companies from 10 countries across Asia including Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates with multiple rounds of evaluation. In addition to company survey statistics and online auditing, the evaluation was conducted through an anonymous Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey provided by HR Asia to employees of participating companies.
The survey explored three main areas — Core: Collective Organisation for Real Engagement; Self: Heart, Mind & Soul; and Group: Think, Feel & Do. The award is testament to the company’s strong management leadership and remarkable performance in human resources management, corporate culture and employer branding.
