On 26 October 2021, Razer officially opened its new Southeast Asia Headquarters in Singapore. The opening ceremony was officiated by Mr Heng Swee Keat, Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore, who delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
The Razer building contains 19,300 square meters of office space, R&D labs, and design studios spread across seven stories. The building featured several smart solutions to boost its environmental friendliness, reducing its carbon footprint, and enhancing the everyday working experience for Razer staff.
The new headquarters featured high-tech design elements as well as cutting-edge tech office experience, making it the latest addition in promising architectural landmarks in Singapore’s technology and business hub.

In the construction process of the Razer building, Pensees teamed up with world-renowned solution service provider, Getronics, to create innovative “Smart Infrastructure” solutions, providing Internet of Things (IoT) devices as well as AIoT application simulation solutions and cloud collaborations, significantly improving the overall managerial intelligence of the infrastructure.
Pensees had deployed their smart access system at the building entrances and lift entrances. By deploying face recognition and detection, Razer’s employees and officials just need to register their personal photographs into the smart access system beforehand in order to enter and exit the building according to permitted area of access to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
Meanwhile, Pensees had exclusively featured an iconic black facade for the smart facial recognition door access system, giving it a high-tech visual appeal. It is incorporated with NIR (Near-Infrared) Motion-based technology which allows automated terminals within 0.3s, CMOS face identification, non-contact thermal detection, as well as a vast combination of multi-module door access. This has significantly improved the efficiency of smart access systems and strengthened security protection.
